1959 Chevy Corvette

The 1959 Corvette had a removeable hardtop as an option. There were couple of notable styling changes made to the 59 Vette, the louvers on the hood were gone.

The chrome strips on the rear decklid were also dropped. A 283 cubic V8 and a three speed manual transmission were standard equipment.
