1963 Studebaker Lark Daytona

The 1963 Studebaker Lark Daytona V8 powered cars had a small engine id badge on the grille and also on the trunk lid.

Along with the 259 c.i.d. 180hp V8 the Daytona was also offered with a 169.6 c.i.d., 112hp inline six.

The 63 Lark was only very mildly restyled from the 62 models. The grille was a slightly updated, and all Larks got a new, flatter windshield.

This is one of the antique cars and trucks we saw at the 2009 Studebaker Drivers Club National Meet in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
