1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk

The new for 1956 Studebaker Golden Hawk was the top of the line. A 352 c.i.d., 275hp V8 engine provided plenty of power for these sleek coupes.

A new grille had been featured on the 1955 version of these Loewey Coupes, but 1956 brought a much greater restyling.

The new stand up grille sat between a pair of air scoops up front and a new trunk lid featured a higher profile qirth a nearly upright panel above the rear bumper.

Modest rear fender fins were seen only on the Golden Hawk.

The Golden Hawk rode on a 120.5 wheelbase and the overall length was 203.9 inches.
