This is a 1927 Rolls Royce Phantom I Tilbury Sedan, with a body by Brewster.

As was common at the time, rear view mirrors are starpped to the top of the dual side mount spare tires.

An auxiliary trunk rides on the folding trunk rack above the rear bumper.
