1981 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

The 1981 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am came with a 150hp, 301 c.i.d. V8 as standard equipment. This one has the optional Turbocharged V8.

The T-top roof option let the wind and sun in. There is a large Firebird decal surrounding the air scoop in the shaker hood.

I photographed this car at the Twin City Rambler Club show in Lake Elmo, MN in 2000.
