1962 Pontiac Catalina

The Catalina was the entry level full size Pontiac in 1962. The other full size Pontiacs in 1962 were the Star Chief, Bonneville, and Grand Prix.

A 389 c.i.d. V8 was standard in all Catalinas, but the horsepower came in two levels, 215hp in cars with a manual transmission, and 267hp in cars with an Super Hydra-Matic automatic transmission.
