1957 Pontiac Chieftain

The 1957 Pontiac Chieftain, and Super Chief models were distinguishable from the Star Chief by the number of stars on the rear quarter panels.

Star Chiefs had four stars, Chieftain and Super Chief models had three stars. Wheelbases stayed the same as 1956, but bodies grew a few inches longer.
