1959 Plymouth Belvedere Convertible

The Belvedere was the more affordable of two convertible models offered by Plymouth in 1959.

The other was the Sport Fury version. The simulated spare tire cover on the trunk lid was optional on the Belvedere. A V8 engine was standard.

This big finned Plymouth was one of the 10,000 or so cars at the MSRA Back to the 50s' Weekend in St. Paul, MN on June 20 - 22, 2003.
