1955 Plymouth
Belvedere
The Belvedere was the top of the line Plymouth in 1955. This red and
white two door hardtop has optional rear fender.
Model names appeared ahead of the front wheel wells on Plymouths this
year. A wrap around windshield was new this year.
The 55s'were the first of the "Forward Look" cars from Chrysler
Corporation.
This one was one of the 10,000 or so cars at the MSRA Back to the 50s'
Weekend in St. Paul, MN on June 20 - 22, 2003.
