1955 Mercury Montclair Sun Valley

In 1955 Mercury again offered the plexiglass topped Sun Valley two door hardtop.

It moved up with the model line to be offered on the new top of the line Montclair series. Mercury again got a larger, more powerfull, 188hp V8 engine.

I photographed this antique collector car at the Midwest Premier Concours d'Elegance in Hopkins, Minnesota on August 6, 2000.
