1965 Lincoln Continental

The 1965 Lincoln Continental sedan had a very clean formal look. This one has custom wheels and tires.

Parking lights moved from the bumper to the leading edge of the front fenders and the grille was restyled. for 1965 A four door convertible model was also available.

They had a 126 inch wheelbase and were about 216 inches long overall. A 430 cubic inch, 320hp, V8 engine and an automatic transmission were standard as well as power steering, power brakes and power windows and more.

Notice the "suicide doors". This type of door was used on Lincolns from 1961 to1969.
