1909 Economy Motor Buggy

Built by the Economy Motor Buggy Company in Joliet, IL. This Model G has a removable rear seat to increase cargo capacity.

This particular car cost $950.00 new. At the time this phoyos were taken, July 2008, the car had been in the same family since it was bought new.

Dual chains drove the rear wheels. The motor is just about under the front seat.

This very rare car is one of the cars we saw at the Heart of Illinois Car Show in Peoria, IL on July 20, 2008.
