![]() 1931 Duesenberg Model JThe 1931 Duesenberg Model J was intended to be the finest of cars built at the time. It was priced accordingly starting at $8.500.00 for the chassis, the coachwork from the cowl back, was extra. Buyers chose coachwork which was supplied by some of the finest coach builders of the period. These cars are huge, they weighed over 2 tons and most were built on a wheelbase of 142.5 or 153.5 inches. This is one of the many great antique and classic cars and trucks we saw and snapped photos of during the 2002 ACD Festival weekend in Auburn, IN.
