This appears to be a basic 1929 DeSoto series K 4 door, 5 passenger sedan with optional bumpers. Hydraulic brakes were standard equipment.

This car has the optional single, rear mounted spare tire. Single and dual side mounted spare tires were also available as alternative opitions.

The wood spoke wheels were standard. The wide whitewall tires would have been options.
