The 1973 Chevy Monte Carlo got a complete and pretty dramatic restylying but retained a long hood short rear deck.

While the wheelbase remained at 116 inches the overall length grew 4 inches to 211 inches.

The standard engine was a350 c.i.d. V8. Power steering, power brakes and an automatic transmission were standard equipment.
