1965 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SS Convertible

The 1965 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SS came with bucket seats and a center console. Transmission choices included a 4 speed manual or an automatic, both with console mounted shifters.

The base engine was a six cylinder. Several 283 c.id. and 327 c.id. V8 engines were available up to 350hp.

In mid year an Malibu SS 396 version was introduced with a 375hp, 396 c.i.d V8 engine. This version saw very limited production.
