1939 Chevrolet Business Coupe

This is an Australian 1939 Chevrolet "Sloper". Slopers were not produced in the USA.

They were made by GM in Australia between 1936 and 1941 and bodied by Holden (Holden later became a subsidiary of GM).

Officially known as a "Businessman's Coupe", models were made by Chevy, Buick, and Oldsmobile, etc.

This one has the standard Chevy six cylinder engine and floor change (shift). Its a truly unique Australian car.
