1931 Chevy Sedan

This 1931 Chevy four door sedan features dual sidemount spare tires. Considering that 1931 was during the great depression, dual sidemounts wee a pretty luxurious option.

Wire wheels were standard on the 31 Chevy. The twin bar bumper indicates that this would have been an early 31 model. Later in the model year one piece bumpers were used.

The fuel filler is visible above the passenger side rear bumper. The luggage rack was an option. Four door sedans were available in base and slightly fancier Special versions.
