1955 Cadillac Eldorado

The 1955 Cadillac Eldorado was a sub-series of the Series 62. The Eldorado saw limited production of 3,950 units.

One of the most notable differences were the rearward slanting tail fins topping the tail light pods.

The engine had two carburetors and developed somewhat more power than the standard engine in other 1955 Cadillacs, 270hp in the Eldorado, 250hp in the other 1955 models.

The Eldorado engine was an option in the rest of the line.
