1937 Cadillac Town Car

The 1937 Cadillac Series 85 Town Car was available with a formal padded roof as seen here.

The top for the chauffers compartment could be stored in a small storage area at the front of the passenger compartment roof.

Power was supplied by a 370 c.i.d. V12 engine that produced 150hp. These were large cars with a 138 wheelbase and a 215 inch overall length.

A very cool hood ornament or mascot led the way down the lane.

This great classic car was on display during the CCCA Meet at the Gilmore Museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan when we stopped by in early June 2004.
