The cleanly restyled 1964 Buick Special convertible, like other Specials grew almost a foot to become 203.5 inches in long in 1964.

Sedans, coupes and convertibles rode on a 115 inch wheelbase. A bench seat in front and a three speed manual transmission were standard.
