1953 Buick Skylark Convertible

The 1953 Buick Skylark convertible was a premium level model.

The window sill line dipped at the rear of the door, unlike regular Buicks. Wire wheels were standard equipment on the Skylark.

I photographed this antique collector car at the Midwest Premier Concours d'Elegance in Hopkins, Minnesota on August 6, 2000.
