1971 Volkswagen Super Beetle

The VW Super Beetle was first offered in 1971. Bright trim around the windows is a visual difference from the regular Beetle.

The Super Beetle was a couple inches longer than the standard model and had a coil spring front suspension system.

Both models used a 1585 cc, 60hp flat four, air cooled engine.
