1959 Metropolitan
The 1958 Metropolitan had a 3 piece rear window and no vent wing windows in the doors.
It didn't have a trunk lid either. Access to the trunk was through the fold down rear seat back, you can see the latch button on the seat in this photo below.
These were small cars at only 149 inches long and just 61.5 inches wide.
