You could order the 1965 Chevy Nova SS with a 300hp 327 c.i.d. V8 engine and four speed manual transmission with a floor mounted shifter.

That engine and transmission combination turned the Nova SS into a pretty quick little muscle car.

This was the last year for the basic original body style on the Chevy II/Nova.
