35th Annual Ford PicnicJune 3, 2007 This event was put on by the Early Ford V8 Club - Puget Sound Regional Group, and the event was held at the Bellevue Community College.
There were some pretty rare and unusual cars there, including a Brunn bodied 1941 Lincoln, a 56 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible and a nice 57 Ford Courier sedan delivery. The 57 Ford Courier had a one piece lift gate instead of the two piece tailgate/lift gate used on the regular station wagons. The 1955 Caddy is one of something like 3,950 built so we aren't going to see one at every show. The sharply pointed fins, which also appeared on the 55 Eldorado foretold the future of Caddilac fins. The Brunn bodied 1941 Lincoln Continetal Town Car has a glass divider separating the driver and passeneger compartments. Folding jump seats in the passenger compartment allowed bringing along a couple extra friends.
