This is a AutoRama Car Show and includes show cars, hot rods, rat rods, antiques, custom and classics as well as choppers and sometimes mowers. All classes of vehicles are welcome as are club displays. Commercial venders are also urged to participate.

May 24, 2008 3rd Annual Miller Grove Vol. Fire Car Show The 3rd Annual Miller Grove Volunteer Fire Dept. "Spring Fling" Car and Motorcycle Show will be held on May 24th, 2008 at the Miller Grove High School in Miller Grove, Texas. Located approximately 50 minutes East of Dallas off of Interstate 30, take the Cumby #110 exit, down the service road ¼ mile turn right onto 275 South and then go 8 miles to the High School in beautiful east Texas. Rain Date is May 31st, 2008. Registration is 9 AM-Noon. Show is Noon-4 PM. Awards start at 4 PM. Dash Plaques to first 100 entrants. The Miller Grove Volunteer Fire Dept. is raising money to expand our tiny station to hold a modern Fire Pumper and we hope this year's show will put us over the top. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated. This will be a first class show with 106 beautiful trophies that range from 2-6 ft. tall. There are 32 classes with at least 3 places per class. There will also be the Peoples Choice Trophy over 6 ft. tall. Judging will be done by outside independent teams to assure a fair show. Judges will score on Quality, Cleanliness and Detail. Last year we gave away approx. $4,000 in door prizes. This year we will have great door prizes including a Craftsman 3 tier 15 drawer Roll-Away Tool Chest filled with a Craftsman 265 piece Tool Set along with other great prizes. Great Bar-B-Q and food on site and this year it will all be available in an air-conditioned facility for your comfort. 50/50 Pot, Auction, Great Liver Country Western Music, and Golden Oldies on the PA System, games and contests, Bounce houses, Dunking Booth and Pinball and Video Games for the kids.
