Benefit Car Show for Wappingers Falls Police Department K9 Unit
Veterans Park on N Mesier Ave and Brookside Dr

Hudson Valley Emergency Outfitters is putting on a car/truck/bike show to benefit the Wappingers Falls Police Department K9 Unit. This unit has helped us establish our reputation as a business, and helped us grow tremendously. Unfortunately, the K-9 unit does not receive much funding from Village, and receives no funding from the state because they are a part-time department.

After just getting a new/used vehicle and having to outfit it with equipment, even after it was done for bare minimum cost, the budget has been pretty much depleted. This unit serves the Village of Wappingers Falls, as well as mutual aid to the surrounding communities to provide the valuable resource of a K-9 trained in narcotics detection, and criminal searches.

The show is going to be Sunday, October 4th, 2009, at Messier Park, Main St, in Wappingers Falls. (Across from the Police Department.)

Show hours will be from 12pm-5pm.

It will be $3 to get in for adults, children under 12 are free.

To enter a car, it is a $20 entrance fee, free admission for the driver and one passenger.

Vendors are welcome, for a $40 fee.

There will be a 50/50 raffle, and door prizes.

All proceeds will be going to the Wappingers Falls PD K9 Unit.

All vehicles are welcome. We will be giving away trophies in the following Categories
