9th Annual Labor Day Orphan & Still-Made Car Show

On behalf of the 9th Annual Labor Day Car Show we cordially invite you to attend and participate in this holiday event.

This year the show is again located on the grounds at the well known Blacksmith Lounge which is two miles north of Hugo, MN on Highway #61. The Blacksmith Lounge has ample parking for spectators and grassed lawn areas for car shows. All show car parking will be located on the lawn areas with picnicking and lawn chair relaxing encouraged. OK for EZ Ups, Lawn Chairs and wide spaces between cars. Group up, caravan and arrive as a club for “all together parking”.

The Blacksmith Lounge will be open to serve their famous breakfasts and great food all day long. Of course, packing your picnic coolers and beverages is OK too. For Sale cars permitted on the Show Field and the admission is the same. Free spectator and passenger admission.

The first 400 registrants will receive a beautiful dash plaque. There will be 40 Awards presented, including “Best of Show” and “Blacksmith’s Choice Awards”. The well known and popular "Dixie Land Pickup Band" will be featured along with classic tunes for your enjoyment.
