Rule 3 is giving away $1000.00 to the best ride. Fan Favorite will narrow it to the top three then a panel of judges will choose the winner. We will also have a chili cook off with the top prize of $1000.00. Inside Rule 3 there is bowling, mini bowling, huge arcade, Wii lounge, full service gourmet restaurant, and bar. Outside Rule 3 there will be sand volleyball, cornhole and vendors.
